What Is Herb Theory Stress and Sleep?
Stress and Sleep supplement from Herb Theory is a dietary supplement used by people who suffer from occasional lack of sleep and stress. It claims to deal with these two conditions as a single supplement. By calming down anxiety related emotions, this formula claims to enhance the quality of sleep and consequently ensures one sleeps like a baby and wakes up rested. It achieves this through the use of herbs (vegan and wild crafted) that cause sedative effects that deal with anxiety emotions responsible for edginess.
Formula
The supplement claims to be free of soy, sugar, yeast, milk, salt, preservatives, egg products and artificial flavors or colors. It also claims to be gluten free. The only ingredients it contains are:
- Lemon Balm Extract – 600mg
- Silk Tree(bark)
- Chinese Mint
- Jujube(fruit)
The latter three form the remaining 600mg to make 1200mg for one entire serving.
Directions
This dietary supplement comes in the form of capsules. The recommended adult dosage is three capsules in a single serving, which should be taken once per day. It should be taken with a meal.
Price
At the time of our review, a bottle of these tablets was retailing at $28.95. Each bottle contains 30 capsules. However, there does not seem to be any discounts for first-time customers, or existing customers as a matter of fact.
Possible Side Effects
Like with most dietary supplements, Herbal Theory Stress and Sleep should not be used by pregnant women, lactating mothers or children. It is not clear whether children, referred to in this case, are below the age of 18 or 12. It would thus be wise to consult a doctor prior to usage. In addition, anyone with a medical condition or on medication should consult a physician before taking this product to curb any possible interference. There were not enough customer’s reviews to determine if this product causes any adverse effects.
Manufacturer’s Commitment
From the manufacturer’s website, there is no mention of a money-back guarantee in the event the supplement proves ineffective. This might be a possible indication the product is not as good as some other product with a guarantee. At the time of our review, only four customer reviews were available. Although they were all positive, they weren’t sufficient enough to determine if the supplement is as effective as it boasts to be.
The Bottom Line
Herb Theory Stress and Sleep come with a few benefits such as clear usage directions and clear ingredients list. However, it has shortcomings that can never be ignored and may make a buyer think twice about committing their hard-earned money on these supplements. One of these flaws happens to be the issue of no money-back guarantee. The fact that the company doesn’t offer this service might be a clear indication that the product’s effectiveness ought to be questioned. The shallow, inadequate customer’s reviews don’t help either. If anything, they leave a potential customer at crossroads on whether to buy the product or not.
